In the “My Account” section, you can change your shipping address. When changing the shipping address for an upcoming box, please note this must be done before payment has been attempted. Any changes made after payment has been attempted, will be effective on the next renewal order. If you have have updated the address after payment has been attempted, but the package has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Experience Team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after, so we can attempt to have the label updated before it ships out. However, please note that once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the label can be updated. For orders that have already shipped to an incorrect address, please see procedure here.
To change the shipping address, navigate to "Shipping Information" and select "Edit".
Then update the information in the popup and click "Update".
