In the “My Account” section, you can change your billing and shipping address. Please note that updating one section, does not automatically update both. When changing the shipping address for an upcoming box, please note this must be done before payment has been attempted. Any changes made after payment has been attempted, will be effective on the next renewal order. If you have have updated the address after payment has been attempted, but the package has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Experience Team at help@underwearexpert.com immediately after, so we can attempt to have the label updated before it ships out. However, please note that once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the label can be updated. For orders that have already shipped to an incorrect address, please see procedure here.
To change the shipping address, click on the "Subscription" tab, and navigate to "Shipping Information".
Then update the information in the popup and click "Save Address":
To change the billing address, click on the "Account Settings" tab, and navigate to "Billing Information".
Then update the information in the popup and click "Save Address":
Please note that when you update your billing information, an authorization hold of $1.00 USD may be placed on the card to verify the validity when the details are updated. This is not a charge, and the hold will drop off in a few days.
