If your order shipped to an incorrect address, in many cases, the shipping carriers will automatically reroute packages if you've changed your address with the USPS. If you have not set one up, we suggest doing so with USPS as soon as possible, so that once the package is in their network, it can be forwarded to the correct address. Please note this will cause the package to be in transit for a little bit longer than expected while it's being forwarded.
If it does not arrive within 21 days of shipment, or you notice it has already been marked as undeliverable, you can contact our Customer Experience Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a courtesy no charge replacement order. Please make sure you have updated your Shipping Address in the My Account section.
