Underwear Expert Club allows you to cancel at anytime. Many of our customers have chosen to pause their subscription, or work with us to resolve any issues instead of cancelling, however the choice is yours.

- Don't Like What We Sent You? If you are unsatisfied because of a product we sent you, please Contact Us.
- Too Much Underwear? You can also pause a subscription for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 months in the My Account section.
- Package Didn't Arrive? No worries - shipping issues happen sometimes. Please Contact Us to research and resolve to your satisfaction.
- Need To Change Your Profile? You can update your underwear profile at any time in our My Account section.

HOW TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION:
To cancel your subscription, log into the My Account section and click on "Subscription Settings" in the Membership Help section at the bottom right of the page. If your account is On Hold you will need to Contact Us to cancel your subscription.
To Cancel a subscription, click "Stop my Subscription" and follow the instructions within.
If your account is on Hold/pending updated payment then you will need to contact us to cancel your subscription.
- If you cancel your subscription before we send your next order to the warehouse, then it will be cancelled immediately and you will not be charged in the future. If you cancel your subscription after we've charged you and while the order is being picked and packed, then the cancellation will be effective for the next renewal order.
- If your order is marked Pending Cancellation, that is the same as being Cancelled.
- You may reactivate a cancelled subscription by clicking on "Reactivate" in the My Account section.
