Since underwear is a very personal garment, we’ll work with you to determine what options need to be updated in your profile so future shipments are more in line with your taste.
If there is an issue with your order due to a defective item or incorrect shipment, please contact us so that we can resolve it.
IMPORTANT: In order to return underwear or socks, they must be unopened. Other types of products may be opened as long as the packaging is in perfect condition.
To send items back to us, please make sure the individual packaging of each underwear or sock product has not been opened. Due to the nature of the garments, we thoroughly inspect everything sent back to make sure underwear and socks have not been open. Please ship it back in the original outer box that it came in, or something sturdy that won't get crushed in transit. You are responsible for the cost of shipping, and we recommend a low cost but trackable method such as UPS or Fedex Ground.

Once you ship the order, kindly email us at email@example.com the tracking number along with the items you've returned and the order number, so we can make sure you receive the correct credit.
