We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy for current, active subscribers. As long as you have an existing subscription with us, if you are not satisfied with what we chose for you, we’ll ship you a replacement order. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days from receipt of shipment and we will help resolve the situation. Since underwear is a very personal garment, we’ll work with you to determine what settings need to be updated in your profile so future shipments are more in line with your taste level.
