US Shipping
Orders shipped within the US arrive in 4-8 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, an email confirmation is generated with the tracking details, and you can also track your package directly from the My Account section.
Please note that milestones can be limited while the package is in transit, but that doesn't mean it isn't moving. Please allow 8 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your package to be delivered. If your order does not arrive after 8 business days, and is not awaiting pickup from your local post office, please Contact Us as soon as possible so that our Customer Experience Team can assist you.
US Military Addresses
We recommend expedited shipping for all APO/FPO (Military) addresses. For expedited shipping, the delivery window is 7-9 business days. Please note that US Military addresses take longer for delivery and can take up to 45 days.

International Shipping
International shipments can take up to 15 business days for delivery, excluding weekends, holidays, and pending customs in the destination country. Once your order ships, an email confirmation is generated with the tracking details, and you can also track your package directly from the My Account section.
Depending on the destination, there can be delays with the country’s postal service. If your order does not arrive in the time frame above, we ask that you wait up to 30 days before we reship the order. You can also reach out to your local post to see if the package is being held for pickup.
