Anytime you see a product on Instagram, in an email, or in our online store, you can now add that item to your next box or purchase it individually. We know you’ll love this feature and can’t wait to see you shopping. So, here’s how it works!
1. Visit our online store, and click on any product that catches your eye.
2. Add it to your cart to buy once and proceed to checkout, or add it to your next box. Don’t forget - members can save up to 20% with our membership!
If you’re unsure about the size, select “Size Assistant”, and we’ll not only show you our size guide, but how to measure your waist size as well.
3. New customers will fill out our short style quiz, while existing members will be able to see reserved products in My Account. Existing members can reserve up to six products.
4. Enjoy great-fitting, expertly-curated underwear.
Please note at this time:
- You're unable to have more than one of the same items reserved
- You're unable to have the same item reserved in different sizes
- A maximum of 3 items will be reserved for 45 days. If you have more than 3 items in your reservations tab, while they will be saved, the inventory is not reserved.
- If you reserve items while your Preview and Refine is active, they will show up below the underwear we’ve already selected for you. Please be sure to deselect one (or all) of the items we’ve chosen, and select the item you have reserved if you want it to ship in that upcoming box. If the reserved item is not selected, it will remain reserved for up to 45 days.
