To cancel an order, please follow the same procedure as putting your subscription on hold.
You have up to 48 hours before your next order is renewed to pause your subscription from the My Account section, so that a box isn't curated and shipped. To pause, kindly navigate to "Membership Help", select "Subscription Settings", and follow the prompts to pause for the desired amount of time. As a reminder, this must be done before payment is processed and your order is prepared for shipment.
Once payment is received, any changes made at that time will be applied to subsequent orders. If you need to cancel an order after payment has been received, please contact our Customer Experience Team at email@example.com. Please note that depending on how far along we are in processing your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Once an order has shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
