How does the sign up process work?

To sign up, visit the Underwear Club signup quiz.

Step 1: Styles

In this step, you will choose as many styles as you would like to receive. We will make sure that we vary what we send. Choose from trunks, briefs and jock straps and thongs. Don't worry, you can change these at any time after your first order.

Step 2: Waist Size

Here, you will choose your waist size (measured in inches). We’ll make sure you get the right size based off our custom sizing technology. If you don't know your waist size, select "I don't know my waist size" and we will convert Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large sizes accordingly for your waist size based on each brand’s sizing.

Step 3: Color

Here, you will choose the items that best represent the color variations that you prefer. This step is to determine your overall color profile. You can choose one or more items from each question from bright colors, neutral colors, stripes and patterns. Don't worry, you can change these at any time after your first order.

Neutral Colors - solid, dark/muted colors
Bright Colors - solid, bright/light colors
Patterns - fun patterns, from stripes to geometric shapes
Black
White

Step 4: Drawer

If you are at this step, then you are almost on your way to new underwear! On this step, you can choose from 2, 3, 4 or 6 pairs every 1, 2 or 3 months. Don't worry, you can change these at any time after your first order. *Initial Discount may vary*

Step 5: Preview & Refine

Here you will either select Let Me Choose or Surprise Me. Let Me Choose will allow you to select the items you want in your first box and Surprise Me will send you items based off your preferences. Select the number of items based on the number of pairs you'd like to receive and select "Confirm Selections".

*Please note that the suggested items will only be held for fifteen minutes*

Step 6: Member Perks

As a new member, you now can receive up to 20% off one-time items that you would like to add to your box. Simply browse and select the items you would like to add and they will be added to this box only. If you don't want to select any Member Perks to add on to your box, you can move forward by selecting "Continue" below.

Step 7: Cart/Checkout

We have a simple and secure checkout powered by Shopify. Fill in the billing and shipping address and enter your payment method. You can also log in to access Shopay and other express payment methods for faster checkout. Once you complete the order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
