Step 1: Styles
In this step, you will choose as many styles as you would like to receive. We will make sure that we vary what we send. Choose from boxer briefs, trunks, briefs and jock straps. To try it, visit the Underwear Club signup quiz.
Step 2: Waist Size
Here, you will choose your waist size (measured in inches or centimeters). We’ll make sure you get the right size and will convert Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large sizes accordingly for your waist size based on each brand’s sizing. To try it, visit the Underwear Club signup wizard.
Step 3: Color
Here, you will choose the items that best represent the color variations that you prefer. This step is to determine your overall color profile. You can choose one or more items from each question from bright colors, standard colors, stripes and patterns. To try it, visit the Underwear Club signup wizard.
Step 4: Drawer
If you are at this step, then you are almost on your way to new underwear! On this step, you can choose from 1, 2, 3 or 4 pairs every 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 months. You'll also let us know if you want to pick your own underwear, of if you want to be surprised and let us curate your box! You can also click back to change any of your other choices using the links at the bottom or the navigation above.
Step 5: Preview & Refine
Here you will either select Let Me Choose or Surprise Me. Let Me Choose will allow you to select the items you want in your first box and Surprise Me will send you items based off your preferences. Please note that the suggested items will only be held for fifteen minutes.
Step 6: Member Perks
As a new member, you now can receive up to 20% off one-time items that you would like to add to your box. Simply browse and select the items you would like to add and they will be added to this box only.
Step 7: Cart/Checkout
We have a simple and secure checkout. Simply, fill in the billing and shipping address and enter your credit card. You can also login to access Shopay for faster checkout. Once you complete the order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
