When will I receive my renewal order and when do you charge my card again?Updated a month ago
Renewal orders are processed based on the shipping frequency you selected during the initial sign-up. You can change your order frequency at any time in the My Account portal. We do not hold orders until a specific day of the month; instead, we continuously ship based on your original order date. We think this is easier for everyone and gets you your order faster.
Your credit card will be charged for renewal orders just before we begin packing and shipping them.
Example:
If your first order is placed on January 5th and you’ve chosen to receive boxes every two months, you’ll receive an email two days before your next box (on March 5) to Preview & Refine your selection. On March 5th, we will charge your payment method, and then pack and ship your order.
