When will I receive my renewal order and when do you charge my card again?Updated a year ago

Renewal orders will be processed 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12 months after your first order. We do not hold orders until a specific day of the month – we are constantly shipping based on your original order date. We think this is easier for everyone and gets you your order faster. We charge your credit card for renewal orders right before we start packing/shipping them.

Example: Your first order is on January 5th and you are set to every 2 months, Preview & Refine for your next order will get sent out in an email 48 hours prior (March 3rd) and your order will get charged at the end of the 48 hour window on March 5th.
