Why is my order delayed?Updated 2 days ago
Order delays are frustrating, however 95% of delayed orders make it to the customer within a few business days. Please see the most common issues below:
Tracking Shows Delivered but Package is Not Received
Sometimes, the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered but may not actually deliver it until a few days later. We have observed this occurring randomly in the past few months. If you do not receive the package within 5 days, please notify us, and we will assist you further.
Order Stuck at Customs
If your tracking information indicates that your order is being held at customs for an extended period, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly. Often, packages can be delayed due to the need for additional information from you. By contacting the carrier, you can inquire about the exact status of your package and obtain an estimated delivery date.
Order not Scanned after Shipment
Sometimes, orders do not get scanned before they are loaded on the trucks that leave our warehouse. This is common with larger warehouses as we are focused on getting you order out as quick as possible, and sometimes scanning every box will delay shipment until the next day. In this case, if we have marked your order shipped, it has definitely left our warehouse, but in some cases, won't be scanned until a few days later when it reaches the next shipping hub. This does not mean your order is sitting in our warehouse - it just means the initial scan did not happen. If you have an order shipping to a US address that has no scans for more than 5 days, please contact us. For international orders, please wait 10 days before contacting us.
Holiday Shipping Delays
Due to transportation carrier seasonal volume, in some cases, please allow extra transit time from November 15 thru December 31, depending on delivery address and weather conditions.
