How Do I Cancel and What Is the Policy?

At The Underwear Expert Club, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, many of our customers opt to pause their subscriptions, delay their boxes, or change their frequency instead of canceling. If you’re unhappy with the contents of a box, please reach out to us—we're here to help! Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve your experience.

Important Notes Before You Cancel:

  • Not Satisfied with a Product?
    If you’re unhappy with an item we sent, let us know, and we can arrange for a replacement. Contact us using the chat button for assistance.

  • Too Much Underwear?
    You have the option to pause your subscription for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 months in the My Account section.

  • Package Didn’t Arrive?
    Shipping issues can happen. Please reach out to us using the chat button below, and we’ll work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

  • Need to Update Your Profile?
    You can update your underwear profile at any time in the My Account section.

How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel your subscription, log into the My Account section and click on "Manage Subscriptions." Select the subscription you wish to cancel, then scroll down and select "Manage Subscription." Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
