HOW DO I CANCEL AND WHAT IS THE POLICY?

The Underwear Expert Club allows you to cancel at any time. Many of our customers have chosen to pause their subscription, delay their box, or change their frequency instead of cancelling. If you are unhappy with the contents of one of your boxes for any reason, please contact us and let us fix it! The more feedback you provide, the better.  

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CANCEL:

  • Don't Like What We Sent You? If you are unsatisfied because of a product we sent you, please let us know so we can get you a replacement item. Contact us using the chat button.
  • Too Much Underwear?  You can pause a subscription for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 months in the My Account section.
  • Package Didn't Arrive? No worries - shipping issues happen sometimes. Please use the chat button below to send us a message so we can resolve to your satisfaction.
  • Need To Change Your Profile? You can update your underwear profile at any time in our My Account section.

HOW TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION:

To cancel your subscription, log into the My Account section and click on "Manage Subscriptions". Select the subscription that you wish to cancel, then scroll and select "Manage Subscription". Follow the prompts to cancel.
