How it Works
Shop & Earn: Customers with active subscriptions earn up to 5% on all orders. Customers who do not purchase any type of subscription or have no active subscriptions earn 3% on one-time orders.
Exclusive Perks for Subscribers: Free gifts and extra discounts based on rewards tier, early access to sales, and VIP support.
Flexibility: Skip, change, or reschedule your box without losing your rewards tier.
Simple Redemption: Use cashback for subscriptions in the Account portal, or at checkout for one-time purchases.
If you pause, skip, or reschedule a box, it does not impact your Rewards level. The only thing impacting Rewards level is a subscription cancellation. If you have an active subscription, you’ll also earn cash back on one-time orders based on your Rewards tier. For non-subscribers, you’ll earn 3% cash back on all one-time purchases.

Expert Rewards Rules:
Unused rewards expire after 13 months and are subject to our website Terms & Conditions.
Migration from our Points based program to Cash-back based program:
In December 2024, we relaunched our rewards program to make it easier to earn and redeem rewards. Customers who were part of our previous points-based rewards program had their points balances converted to cash-back balances in the new program. Program tiers (Fabulous, Gorgeous, Amazing), were all reset going forward based on the new program. Non-subscription customers who had a program tier in our old program do not have a program tier in our new program, however their points balance was converted to cash-back.
