How do I fix my on-hold order due to payment issues?Updated 2 days ago
Please Note: Leaving your subscription on hold does not cancel it.
If your order is on hold due to a credit card issue, please navigate to "Address & payment details" in the My Account section to update your payment details. After updating, your order will be charged during our next renewal processing time, which may take up to 24 hours. Your subscription will remain on hold until then, so don’t worry if you still see it on hold after updating your card.
In some cases, a $1.00 USD authorization may be placed on your card to verify its validity and the availability of funds. This is not a charge, and the hold will drop off in a few days.
If we attempt to charge your card and the payment fails, your account will be put on hold. We will automatically retry your card during the next 30 days until a successful payment is processed.
After 30 days, we will cancel the pending order and reset your renewal date to the next available date based on your chosen frequency.
