How do I update my shipping address?Updated 3 months ago

Orders Not Shipped Yet

If your order has not yet shipped, please reach out to us ASAP with the correct address so we can update it for you.

Order Marked Shipped 

We understand that addresses can change. For Underwear Club Subscriptions, we send multiple emails containing the upcoming order's shipping address during the Preview & Refine process. If your order ships to the incorrect address, we’re happy to provide you with a replacement box or store credit; however, refunds are not possible.

How to Update Your Shipping Address After the Order Has Shipped

US Orders Only:
Use the USPS Intercept website to attempt to update the address of the package or have it held for pick up at the post office. 

International Orders:
Please reach out to us ASAP using chat button and we can attempt to update the address for you.

If You Are Still in Preview & Refine:

You can update your shipping address on the "View Your Next Order" page.

Alternatively, you can change your address under the "Address & Payment Details" section.

Important Note:
If you add a second shipping address, please ensure it is set as the default or select which address you want your subscription(s) to go to. If you have multiple subscriptions, you can assign them to different addresses.
