Advanced Reservations of Underwear

The Advanced Reservation feature allows you to add items to your next Preview & Refine, so you can further customize your next box. 

To use this feature, please make sure you are logged in to your account and your Underwear Club Subscription is Active.

Rules for Using Advanced Reservations

• Items are reserved for up to 30 days
• You may reserve the same number of items that your next box contains. For example, if you have 2 pairs in your next box, you may reserve up to 2 pairs. 
• If you reserve more than the number of pairs in your subscription, they are saved, but not reserved. If the saved items are still available when your box renews, we will display them in your Preview & Refine choices based on inventory availability.

Within our store, if you navigate to an Underwear product that you like and would like to reserve for your Preview & Refine, you will see "Add to next box" as an available option.

Select the color, then the size, and then add to next box option, and then finally add to the next box.

If successful, you will see that the item is saved in your "Advanced Reservations."

If not successful, you will see this error. This means that based on your waist size on your subscription, we know that this item and size will not fit.

You can view and remove your "Advanced Reservation" items by going to your account and selecting "Advanced Reservations."
