If you notice any missing items from your order, please contact our customer support team. To help us assist you effectively, please provide the following information:

  • Condition of the Package: Let us know if the box appeared tampered with or damaged upon arrival.
  • Missing Items: Specify which item(s) are missing from your order.

With this information, we can investigate the issue further and assist you in resolving it. 

Please note: The most common reason for a missing item is due to products being rejected in our final quality control review of your box. In such cases, we typically reach out to the customer to notify them about a missing item. Another possibility for missing items is that the box was damaged during transit.
