When will I receive my first order?Updated a year ago

Upon becoming a member of the Underwear Club, your first order will ship within 1-2 business days, not including weekends and holidays. We do our best to ship orders out as fast as possible.

Your renewal orders will also be based on the date of your first order, unless you update your settings in the My Account section.

Notes

• All orders ship from Dallas, Texas. Orders are processed on weekends but do not ship on weekends. 
• Due to transportation carrier seasonal volume, in some cases, please allow extra transit time from November 15 thru December 31 depending on the destination address and weather conditions.
• Expedited packages are delivered within 2-3 business days from the date your package has shipped (excluding holidays and weekends) for most US addresses. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
