Why did I receive different sizes on my order?Updated 3 months ago

At Underwear Expert, we're proud to curate your underwear drawer for the best quality and fit using our custom sizing technology based on the waist size you provided to us.

We size up or size down depending on the brand so that you get a pair that fits properly. We've found that brands incorrectly size and label items, so we built our own technology to send the pair that we feel will fit you the best. We wish brands had uniform sizing but that's unfortunately not possible when we carry so many brands from different countries.

If you are unsure if something will fit, there are two things you can try.
 
1. We suggest trying it on, and if a product doesn't fit, or you feel you were sent the wrong size in error, please contact us using the chat button below, and our Customer Experience Team will be happy to come up with the best possible solution. 

2. Did you know your neck is exactly 1/2 of your waist size? If you wrap the waistband around your neck, if it meets in the back without any overlap or shortage, it should fit. If you have a significant gap when you put it around your neck, or a significant overlap, it most likely wont fit. When you do this, it should not be tight around your neck, and should only be for a quick measurement.
