Customs and duties are determined by the destination country and are at the discretion of your local customs office. In many cases, your customs office may not charge import customs or duties on every inbound package. This means you might receive one order from us without any fees and another with fees. Ultimately, this decision is made by your local customs office and is beyond our control.

In the EU, we collect customs fees before the order ships, while in other countries, we do not collect any fees, and leave it up to the customer to pay upon delivery. We do this because as stated above, not all countries assess fees 100% of the time, and it is thus in the customer's favor.
