US Standard Shipping

United States lower 48 states + Washington DC

    • Free shipping on 2 pairs or more
  • Orders $50 or more:

  • Orders up to $49.99:
    • $7.95 shipping fee
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Territories, Military Addresses

  • Underwear Club Subscription:
    • Free shipping on 2 pairs or more
  • Orders $100 or more:
    • Free standard shipping
  • Orders up to $99.99:
    • $7.95 shipping fee
  • Delivery time: Typically 7–9 business days (APO/FPO addresses can take up to 45 days)

Tracking info is sent via email once your order ships. Most orders are delivered by USPS, but we may also use FedEx or UPS with final delivery via USPS.




US Expedited Shipping

Lower 48 States + Washington D.C.

  • Orders up to $49.99: $8.95

  • Orders $50 or more: $6.95

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days from ship date (excludes weekends/holidays)

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories & Military Addresses

  • Flat rate: $9.95

  • APO/FPO Addresses: Recommended for faster delivery (typically 7–9 business days). Please note that US Military addresses can take up to 45 days.




 International Shipping

We ship to 100+ countries worldwide using DHL. Final delivery may be made by your local postal service.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Canada: 4–8 days (FREE over $100 USD)

  • Australia: 8–10 days (FREE over $100 USD)

  • United Kingdom: 4–6 days (FREE over $100 USD)

  • Europe: 4–8 days

  • All other countries: 8–10 days

Please allow up to 15 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) for international delivery, depending on customs clearance.




Duties & Customs

  • UK & EU: Duties shown at checkout

  • All other countries: Duties/customs fees are the customer's responsibility and may be charged upon delivery

  • Customer is responsible for any applicable fees.




Delayed International Delivery?

If your international order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, please contact us to request a reshipment. Many delayed packages still arrive successfully within that time frame.
