How do I cancel and what is the policy?Updated a year ago

Underwear Expert Club allows you to cancel at anytime. Many of our customers have chosen to pause their subscription, or work with us to resolve any concerns instead of cancelling, however the choice is yours. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CANCEL:

• Don't Like What We Sent You? If you are unsatisfied because of a product we sent you, please Contact Us.
• Too Much Underwear? You can also pause a subscription for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 months in the My Account section.
• Package Didn't Arrive? No worries - shipping issues happen sometimes. Please Contact Us to research and resolve to your satisfaction.
• Need To Change Your Profile? You can update your underwear profile at any time in our My Account section.

If your account is on Hold/pending updated payment then you will need to contact us to cancel your subscription.

HOW TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION:

To cancel your subscription, log into the My Account section and click on "Subscription Settings" in the Membership Help section at the bottom right of the page. If your account is On Hold you will need to Contact Us to cancel your subscription.
