The Upgrade Program is an exclusive benefit for Underwear Club subscriber's renewal boxes. It allows you to add premium and higher-end underwear to your next box for a small, one-time additional fee, always less than the retail price. It rewards loyal members with access to exclusive, top-tier styles not included in the standard box.

ELIGIBILITY

The Upgrade Program is available only to members who are renewing their subscription. At this time, the program is not available for new sign-ups.

HOW IT WORKS

When your renewal box is ready, you can Preview & Refine your selections. (Note: Preview & Refine is only available up to 48 hours before your box is scheduled to ship)

During Preview & Refine, the Upgrade options will be displayed and are easily identifiable by a yellow banner next to each item, which indicates the one-time upgrade cost.

Once you select an upgrade, it will be added to your next box, and your order will reflect the additional cost of the selected items.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Upgrade options are only available during Preview & Refine and are for that box only.
• Upgrades are optional, so you can always stick with your standard box at no extra cost.
