Underwear Club Subscription Orders:
We have a 100% customer satisfaction, 90-day return policy for current, active subscribers to the underwear club. You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

All Other Order Types:
All other orders have a 30-day return policy. Some items may not be returnable (see below exclusions).


Underwear, Socks, Swim
IMPORTANT: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All other products, excluding Sale items
These items must be returned with tags intact, in the original packaging. Items may be tried on.

Non-Returnable Items
The below are not returnable due to health regulations and/or company policy:

  • Final Sale and Clearance items
  • Adult products
  • Supplements

Please reach out to us to initiate a return.

Refunds / Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received tracking and order information, and let you know if the return was approved. If your return is approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.  If your return is approved for a store credit, it will be processed in 1-2 business days and automatically applied to your next order.

*It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds. If it has been more than 15 business days since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
