We aim to ship our orders within the next 24 business hours after being placed. 
Packages shipped via our standard method are typically delivered within 3-7 days from the date the package ships. When packages do not arrive on time, we typically give them an additional 14 days before we send a replacement order. We have found that 99% of the time, the package arrives within 21 days if it is delayed. Our operations team is closely monitoring delivery times and we are regularly working with shipping providers to resolve any delays in their systems. 

For international orders, while most orders deliver in 4-15 days excluding weekends and holidays, some orders take longer due to holidays or other delays in the destination country's postal service.
